This is a 1980s lightweight concho style copper belt. It's made of linked pieces with a hook behind the largest one at the end, so it can be clipped. From end to end it measures 36 inches, but can be clipped smaller. It's in very good condition, minor scuffs and discoloration from age. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
